Intro

In this blog, I m going to demonstrate Storybroad, Script and some Shot list

The Initial version

Let me start with our first version of the story. The first version was based on a shared idea between me and Danny, and I painted it. The difference between this story and the final output is that there are many confession scenes, a clich é d and emotional ending, although a bit comical, it is not absurd and int

eresting enough, and there is not much discretion in the choice of actors, and most of the photography has not been painted.

The Final Storyboard version

( suprise that we only got two)

So we quickly produced a better second version, which was created by both of us and was just Danny's main brush painting. This storyboard was simple and clear, with no significant changes to the storyline, retaining the original humorous parts, adding some more absurd scenes, and deleting some unnecessary scenes. Compared with the first edition, it is to get rid of its dross and take its essence.

But in fact, there is still a certain gap between this version and the products that appeared after we actually filmed and edited. With the addition of a third team member, our work became more complete, and some professional shots were more perfect. We also added and supplemented some character settings.

The Script

(which haven't appear at the rough cut)

Kind warning here, our script contain some element of insulting, inappropriate words, if you are the examiner whose under 18, please skip this category.

back to the topic.

In the final product, the narration I recited with my magnetic voice was taken from this line, but without the words in parentheses. We were quite quick with this, and I basically wrote it all by myself. Danny sat next to me and gave me advice, and then we both recorded it once. Later on, we had planned to include these as subtitles in the editing, but we didn't have time either. Unfortunately, in the end, due to our voice being not loud enough, this wonderful line was not presented in the best form to our dear audience.

Of course, the same issue has arisen, and we still made many changes in the final output, such as not adding subtitles, including things in parentheses. And the final conversation session was directly covered by Howard with a few vivid shots (I think it's very, very impressive, very good)

For this actually we were trying to say SIGMA BOY but not BAD BOY, and most of the script style is like Stephen Chow (of course we trying to develop his work but we couldn't get to his level so probably our scripts sound bit funny and nounsence), and his classic comedy.

SHOT LIST

contain some titbits of our film, and some of our abandoned shots.

The main-main cast stand here trying to act out his character's unruly.

While the main-main photographer was standing there doin his camera.

And our main-main director shot all of this...

↓The original BANANANISM's inspiration

This graph is the ironic version of this Post-Modernism Art Work

Now we got Art work multipue by three, and we form the symbol of BANANANISM.

For this scene, kinda before the final scene, which I have to walk into the space while eating a banana.
